Biography
I have worked as a freelance e-learning specialist since 2003. I works mostly in the post-16 sector in England, and my main professional interest is in finding and implementing practical and affordable ways of using technology to enhance teaching and learning. I am a founding partner of DawsonLoane, who specialise in supporting organisations in the delivery of ITQ and all aspects of the use of Moodle. I have had a wide-ranging career in education and training. My early career was in music education (and I can still occasionally be heard playing the piano and the tin whistle at various down-at-heel venues). Between 1997 and 2002 I was Head of Adult Education in a London Borough.
